Greetings, I’m Derek. My life journey has been a quest for joy and liberation from suffering, leading me to explore diverse realms such as Bujinkan Ninjutsu, yoga, massage, astrology, culinary arts, and a dedicated five-year stint as a raw vegan. Along the way, I delved into the profound teachings of Taoist philosophy and traditional Chinese medicine.

​Intriguingly, my path also involved grappling with challenges like a decade-long entity attachment, spiritual issues, and heightened sensitivity to electromagnetic fields, wifi signals, and various electronic energy fields.

Over a decade ago, I embarked on a transformative venture into Iron Crotch Qi Gong. This practice not only enhanced my virility, masculinity, testosterone levels, and sexual stamina but also contributed to improvements in aspects like penis size and erection hardness. Motivated by the positive changes in my life, I developed the Xingmen Nei Gong Iron Crotch Qi Gong program to share the knowledge I’ve gained with others.
