The aim of this book is to collate many of these innovations, providing a single source from which to gain insights into the conceptual legacy of Ian King. This book takes you to the source of many of the most influential training innovations in the world, providing you with:

The first edition of the Legacy book was a single volume and included content from the prior thirty (30) years of professional application and innovation.
This second edition of the Legacy book is a three-volume series, published in 2025, adding additional content that was not included in the first edition, as well as new content from the subsequent fifteen (15) years.
This second edition aims to condense some of the key concepts, theories and innovations produced through the forty-five (45) years from 1980 to 2025. If any of the hundreds of concepts, theories and innovations in this book trilogy resonate with you, we encourage you to check out the source material as shown in the footnotes. This will allow you to take a deeper dive into areas that you are drawn to gain deeper insights. You will also find more structure in the source material.
Due to the amount of information, the decision was made to split the content over three volumes and twelve parts.
