Stone Monkey Kung Fu

Stone Monkey Style has always been a very aggressive style since its inception in 1911. Grandmaster Kou Sze wanted this sub style of Tai Shing Kung Fu to be devastating to its opponents. Stone Monkey uses aggressive trapping techniques and bridge destruction to break down an opponents guard and overwhelm opponents. This style will teach you how to maximize your power using an alpha mindset and rooted stances & footwork.
