Wildman Athletica – Mace 360 Program
All of Human Movement is Based on Rotation. Improve every aspect of your life just by restoring the basic human movement of throwing patterns.
Optimize Your Strength & Power
The human is optimized to use levers. Whether it’s a tool…hammers, shovels, axes…or a weapon…swords and spears.
It’s the way our shoulders, our arms, and hands are designed to work.
Get good at standing all the way up, under load, and rotating around your vertical axis…an exercise you won’t find in the gym.
If You Have A Physical Job
Firefighters, police officers, first responders, and anyone that is responsible for saving lives, should get good at this most basic movement. Almost everything we do involves rotation. Real life uses rotational movements, which is generally not trained and leads to injuries over time.
Simply by learning to rotate under load, our jobs become easier, which makes us more productive, and our lives more enjoyable.
Proto-Casting Pattern
The movement that comes before all others. Humans have evolved to pick things up, swing, and throw things. This is how we function.
Yet, this most basic movement is left out of almost all training.
Standing up, and breathing under load is a practical skill that everyone should be good at in order to lead a pain free, productive life.
All of Human Movement is Based on Rotation
Running. Swimming. Martial Arts.
Most of our sports have some type of throwing pattern in them: baseball, football, tennis, etc.
The better you get at this proto-casting pattern, the better you will be at the sport, or activity you enjoy.
Both new and advanced athletes can Tetris this program in twice a week with their current training regimen.
Included in this program
- Designed to safely gain strength and get you to heavier weights
- Follow-Along training videos
- Detailed instruction
- Lifelong, self-paced, flexible training that grows with the athlete
- Rotational strength training to build a well-balanced athlete
More than a 6 week program.
This regimen is focused on making you “better at being human.”
Arms and Abs
It is impossible not to engage your core when mace training. The more weight you use, the greater the load on your core, glutes, and arms.
The side effect of this is having great abs… and arms.
