Ryan Foley – IKN Approach Level 1 Online
This course is the online version of our flagship IKN Approach Level 1 course and is run in an 8-week cohort where you learn AT YOUR OWN PACE. This course is specifically created for rehab & movement professionals to stop guessing and start improving all phases treatment plan. You will develop a framework to build efficient assessments and exercise progressions.
This 16 hour course gives you the pools to assess with precisions and break down movement and exercise in a way that makes every session purposeful and gives you the ability to help even the most challenging clients.
