Developing the lower dantian (elixir field) is the most important step in the process of qigong, Nei gong, internal cultivation. This is the beginning of awakening the energy body and charging your chi to supernatural levels.

Without a foundation and strong practice in dantian work, progress in qigong and energetic cultivation is very limited and often limited to imaginary visualizations that create no tangible effect.

In this class series you will be guided through the most important and effective techniques to settle the mind and breathe into the lower body, create the elixir field, and charge it up. This creates a tangible connection to your energy body, unlocks a strong sense of feeling your chi, and sets the stage for effective chi circulation practices and further spiritual/energetic development.

This training is suitable both for those who are just beginning an energy cultivation practice, as well as more experienced practitioners who want to deepen their practice.
