Scott Herstik – 30 Day Whole Foods Guide
This is a 30-day whole foods diet plan designed to provide structure and inspiration for clean, balanced eating. Each day is approximately 2,500 calories with around 200 grams of protein, offering nutrient-dense meals to support energy, recovery, and performance.
I based this plan on my personal stats and daily burn (170 lbs / 2,500 cals/day average), but it should be adjusted to fit your individual needs, dietary restrictions, and goals.
Each recipe is interchangeable—feel free to mix and match meals to suit your preferences, schedule, or ingredients on hand. The goal is to make whole foods nutrition sustainable and enjoyable.
